Here's What You Can Expect

• Immediate Email Confirming Your Request.
• 2nd Email: You will receive another email with your secure, individual assessment link in a day or two.
• Your Individual Report: After completing the assessment, you'll receive a report showing your results, how they reflect your perceptions of your group's behavior, and recommended micro-behavior adjustments that may help improve group performance.
• Feedback at Your Convenience: After reviewing your report, complete a brief questionnaire. Tell us whether the results reflect your perceptions of your group's behavior and whether the recommended adjustments seem likely to improve group performance.
• Optional Group Report: You may also request a complimentary group report for 8–20 participants if you'd like to explore behavioral patterns at the group level.
